Please note all oven times and temperatures are for fan electric ovens, and all meals should go into a hot pre heated oven.


Chinese and Italian Stir Fries:  Add a little oil to a hot wok or frying pan and stir fry for about 10 to 15 minutes.


Argentinian Fire Stir Fry and Black Bean Chicken:  Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes in a hot pan or wok.  Do not add oil to the pan.


Mississippi Pulled Pork:  Oven cook on 200 degrees c / gas 5 to 6 for one hour.  Bring out and shred with a fork.


Filled Chicken Breast:  Oven cook on 190 degrees c / gas 4 to 5 for 35 to 40 minutes.  Cook on foil on oven tray.


Pork, Beef & Tomato Meatloaf:  Oven cook uncovered on 190 degrees c / Gas 4 to 5  for 45 minutes.


Meatball Pasta Bake:  Oven cook covered on 190 degrees c / Gas 4 to 5  for 45 minutes.


Creamy Pepper Beef Casserole:  Oven cook covered on 190 degrees c / Gas 4 to 5  for 45 minutes.


Meatballs in Italian Tomato Sauce:  Oven cook covered on 190 degrees c / Gas 4 to 5  for 45 minutes.


Cottage Pie:  Oven cook uncovered on 190 degrees c / Gas 4 to 5  for 45 minutes.


Savoury Minced Beef:  Oven cook uncovered on 190 degrees c / Gas 4 to 5  for 30 minutes. 


Chicken Bites:  Oven cook uncovered on 190 degrees c / Gas 4 to 5  for 20 minutes.


Chicken Pasta Casserole:  Oven cook uncovered on 190 degrees c / Gas 4 to 5  for 40 minutes.
