We have a delicious selection of home made pork sausages, all made on the premisies using our high quality free range pork.

We have a daily selection of at least 5 flavours.  Our Pork Chipolatas, our Hampshire pork without herbs, our Lincolnshire Pork with sage, our Cumberland Pork with sage and marjoram and our Olde English Pork with mixed herbs.

We also try to have at least one of our wide selection of extra varieties that can vary from day to day. These can include Smoky Maple and Chilli, Smoked Chipotle and Sea Salt,  Spiced Mango and Coconut, Ginger and Spring Onion, Leek and Stilton, Katsu Curry,  Tikka, Spiced Apple, Basil and Sundried Tomato, New Yorker, Garlic and Herb, and Cracked Black Pepper.  As well as a Lamb with Mint and cracked Black Pepper sausage and a Chicken Sausage with Lemon and Tarragon.
